Home to multiple world-class companies, including the Neiman Marcus National Service Center and Holt CAT, the Longview Business Park has land and all utilities for companies that need a top quality environment in which to grow their business. The park entrance is on US Hwy 259, a major north-south artery, and is one mile from Interstate 20, providing easy access to this major east-west corridor. Three new companies have moved and are moving into the park in 2015. Smurfit-Kappa Bates Container recently completed their state-of-the-art 110,000 SF corrugated box manufacturing facility to accommodate their growth. Tractor Supply renovated a 47,150 SF shell building to house their first regional mixing center. The Crosby Group recently purchased a 270,000 SF building which previously housed a truck chassis manufacturer. The Crosby Group is investing in new state-of-the-art equipment used in the forging process.
The Neiman Marcus National Service Center supports all of the Neiman Marcus stores across the country. They chose Longview due to the quality labor force and geographic location. Holt CAT, the largest Caterpillar dealer in the world, expanded their presence in Longview by building in the Longview Business Park. This facility houses their Longview Power Systems Division.
Driving through the Longview Business Park with its well-manicured lawns, beautiful pavilion, and natural beauty, tells a story of companies that produce quality products and invite customers to their doors.
