    Longview Receives Funds to Restore Train Depot
      
    (Longview, TX)  The historic Longview Junction Train Depot will undergo a major restoration effort thanks to federal funds totaling $2,169,461. In addition to the federal funds, the City of Longview is required to provide $450,000 as a local match. The project includes the restoration and rehabilitation of the depot.

    LEDCO Hosts Grand Opening of North Business Park

The Longview Economic Development Corporation (LEDCO) will hold the official Grand Opening of the 700-acre North Business Park today, Thursday, July 1 at 11:30 a.m. Longview Mayor Jay Dean and Gregg County Judge Bill Stoudt will be on hand, along with LEDCO Board members, City Council members and other business and community leaders.
