The new "shell" building at Longview Business Park is complete!

The original 47,150 SF structure can be expanded to 194,532 SF; designed for maximum flexibility, it can be expanded from the rear or from the side or both. The design allows for an expansion of 6,000 SF of office space also.

The building is conveniently located on 25 acres in the Longview Business Park, a light industrial district with covenants. This property is less than one mile from Interstate 20.  The Park entry and exit is on US Hwy 259, a major north/south artery and is only 7 miles from the East Texas Regional Airport.  Shreveport, LA is one hour east, and Dallas is 2 hours west of the Longview Business Park.
